The Villa Weddings

XXXThe Blueberry Villa and Banner Elk winery offer couples a unique and romantic setting for nuptials in any season. Exchange vows before a crackling fire or step outdoors onto our gracious porch, terrace, or garden for a ceremony overlooking our vineyards, rolling mountains, fields of blueberries and our private trout pond. Eight elegant bedrooms handsomely accommodate sixteen people and provide a level of luxury deserving of your dream wedding. To celebrate your wedding at the Villa or winery, rental of the estate house is required for a minimum of two nights.
For rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions, the Tasting Room at our own Banner Elk Winery is an amazing place to celebrate and begin your new life together with family and friends. Your guests will enjoy 2400 square feet of elbow room in this rich, warm environment with sun-kissed, honey-colored walls and a 20-foot cherry mantle, flanked by candelabras, adds drama and flair to this fabulous space. An 800-square foot covered porch offers guests views of a pastoral mountain setting and pond complete withrental of the facility. We will work with you from the moment you reserve the Winery until the last guest departs from your reception celebration to make your event one you will remember with enthusiasm and fondness.

Villa & Winery Wedding Celebration Package

      For larger weddings, Blueberry Villa and Banner Elk Winery can accommodate as many as 125 guests. Couples wishing for a unique and memorable setting for their nuptials outdoors have several venue choices, and our Winery Tasting Room is the perfect place to toast the bride and groom at indoor receptions.
     Rental fee for the Tasting Room and gracious porch overlooking trout pond and vineyard is $1,800 and includes complimentary use of our tables and chairs. Tasting room is available after retail hours from 6:30 until 10:30.
      We do require that Banner Elk Winery wines are served at our Tasting Room and Villa. We can make personalized labels to commemorate your celebration if you choose.
      This celebration package includes the following:

Rental of the Villa for a minimum of two nights, maximum of sixteen guests: $3,800.00
Rental of the Winery Tasting Room for the Reception: $1,800.00

Just the Two of Us Wedding Celebration Package

This package is designed especially for couples wishing to have a private celebration. We make certain that your wedding is totally without stress...so much so that we hope you will return each year to celebrate your anniversary. From fresh flowers to an indulgent in-room massage, our staff tends to every wedding detail while you relax and enjoy each other and our romantic Villa. All you need to do is show up with your wedding attire and your NC marriage license in hand. It is our mission to make your ceremony and the days before and after, personal, intimate and exquisitely special.

Just the Two of Us Wedding Package includes the following:
Minister
Wedding coordinator
Fresh flowers (bouquet, boutonniere, flowers in your room)
Hair and Makeup at the Villa for the bride
Photographer (1 hour of shooting with a CD of photos mailed within one week)
Champagne or sparkling cider
Unique keepsake toasting glasses for the bride and groom
Wedding cake for the two of you
In-room massage for two
Wedding-moon Gift Basket brimming with gifts and your choice of Banner Elk wine
Saturday and Sunday breakfast prepared by our own personal chef

Friends & Family Wedding Celebration Package

Enjoy a stress-free wedding with Friends & Family at The Blueberry Villa and Banner Elk Winery. Begin your new life together at our exquisite mountain estate with your best friends and family members. Instead of only an afternoon or evening to celebrate, delight in a weekend of festivities in your own estate house. We engage our own personal chefs to prepare your breakfast, wedding feast, and departure brunch. The Villa has eight distinctive bedrooms, each with its own private bath and special view on three floors accommodating sixteen people. Relax and enjoy our elegant common areas, front porch which offers sweeping views of the mountain ridge and vineyard, and back deck and terrace overlooking our private trout pond, mountain ridge, and winery. It is our mission to make your wedding intimate and exceptional.

The Friends & Family Celebration Wedding Package includes the following:

Photographer (2 hours of shooting with CD of photos mailed within one week)
