The Villa Rates

Rates:

Two night minimum on weekends

$175-$195 per night for Blueberry, Bordeaux, and Pino Grigio Suites.
$189-$209 per night for Chardonnay, Zinfandel, and Seyval Blanc Grande Suites.
$239-$289 per night for Alicante Barrel and Cabernet Grande Fireplace Suites.
$1,860 per night for use of the entire Villa (maximum of 16 guests): some special events require a minimum stay of two nights.
$10,080 weekly rate for use of the entire villa for seven (7) nights (maximum of 16 guests).

Rates are subject to a NC 7% sales tax.

Deposits:

A major credit card is required to secure your reservation at The Villa. We accept all major credit cards.
A deposit of one night's stay is required at the time of reservation. For reservations of the entire Villa, a signed rental agreement is required. For special event or long term reservations, you may be asked to present your deposit by check, not credit card. The remaining balance of the base cost will be due 7 days prior to the event and any other costs you may incur will be due upon departure.

Policies:

Arrival and departure: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11 a.m.. Please make prior arrangements if plans necessitate other times. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Pets are not permitted.
The interior of The Villa is absolutely Smoke-Free. Should you or your guests wish to smoke, we provide an exterior and sheltered smoking area to accommodate you.
Rates may vary depending on the season.
The rate quoted to you when your reservation is confirmed will be the rate honored.
Rates reflect double occupancy.
Cash, personal check or all credit cards accepted.

Cleaning:

For rental of the entire villa, a $200 cleaning fee at the end of the rental applies.

Cancellations:

Guests are financially responsible for their entire reservation, unless cancellations or changes are made two weeks in advance. Due to the size of our inn, cancellations affect us significantly. Holiday, peak season, and event bookings may require larger, possibly nonrefundable, deposits and longer cancellation periods. (These circumstances will be noted at the time of the reservation.)
For reservations involving the entire villa, one half (1/2) of the total amount is required at the time of booking. In event of changes or cancellation two weeks or more from your reservation arrival date, this fee will be forfeited. If change or cancellation is made less than two weeks from your arrival date, guests are financially responsible for the entire reservation.
For reservations involving single rooms, a fee of $100.00 applies to cancellations two weeks or more from your reserved arrival date. (In such case, we would refund your deposit minus $100.00.) Cancellations made within two weeks prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of all deposits. Cancellation or change made within 48 hours prior to arrival will result in the total amount of the reservation billed to the credit card used to confirm the reservation.
All cancellation fees will be applied to the credit card used to confirm the reservation.
